VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Incumbent directs all facets of a comprehensive Human Resources Management Program including benefits, classification/pay, wage/salary administration, discipline, employee/labor relations, EEO, compliance, operations, performance evaluations, recruiting, safety, and training.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Baccalaureate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field from an accredited college or university plus 6 years progressively responsible professional level human resources experience, of which 3 years must have been in a managerial or administrative position. MBA, MHA, or MPA may substitute for 2 years of the professional level experience.

DESIRED:

MBA, MHA, or MPA plus 5 years of administrative or management experience in human resources in a health care setting.
