Annel Forest has been a Phlebotomist at Chabert Medical Center since 6/25/01. She received multiple nominations from supervisors and co-workers for her exemplary performance as a team member of the Pathology Department. She is described as compassionate to patients, always going the extra mile to assist co-workers and an excellent role model for others. Her dedication and loyalty is much appreciated.
