LJCMC September Employee of the Month is Kristie Falgout...

Kristie has been a valued employee for Chabert Medical Center since 7/29/93 in the Admissions Dept.  As a Hospital Admissions Technician 3, she trains all new employees coming into the dept. Kristie performs as a leader and solves problems independently. She acts as a liaison between ER and Admit/Screening. It is very common for patients to come in and ask for Kristie specifically for her assistance. Kristie’s team members’ describe her as having remarkable optimism and stamina and always puts the patients first.
