LJCMC May Employee of the Month is Linda Steck...
  
The May LJC Employee of the Month is Linda Steck. Linda has been an LJC nurse since October 29, 1979 (one year after LJC opened its doors).  Linda, ICU RN Supervisor, is the nursing leader for the all Critical Care team activities.  During this past year, Linda developed the Palliative Care team to provide compassionate, consistent comfort care for end-of-life patients.  She also manages the inpatient dialysis team.  She is a role mode for her team, activating the mission and core values of the hospital on a daily basis.
