LJCMC October Employee of the Month is Shawnika Gaither...

Shawnika Gaither has been a valued team member of LJCMC since 6/1/2001.  She is Nurse Aide 2 for the Recovery Room.  Shawnika is a very positive person despite some challenging hardships she has endured in the past year. The patients’ that have the pleasure of her transporting them for surgery are put at ease and often ask other staff members her name again and reiterate how nice she is. Her supervisor is quoted as “I have never regretted the day I hired her as she is a definite asset to our department.” Her peers state that she just has a way about her that puts the people around her at ease!
