The Weight Management Clinic at Chabert Medical Center offers participants a highly effective lifestyle approach to weight management provided by a multidisciplinary team of an Endocrinologist, Registered Dietitian, and Physical Therapist.  Participants referred from their CMC physicians or physician extenders are eligible for an initial introductory session and for consideration in our intensive 16 week weight management program.  During the initial session, participants receive an overview of and an introduction to weight management.   After completion of this session, participants are assessed and considered for the intensive 16 week program where they learn how to manage their fat, calories, physical activities, and behaviors.  This program teaches participants the skills they need to self manage their weight with the guidance and support of our multidisciplinary team.
