Educational Leave
An employee must be a full-time, permanent employee to qualify for Educational Leave. Eligible employees must apply for and be approved for Educational Leave. Educational Leave is leave without loss of pay or earned leave. Educational leave must be applied for in writing and approved prior to the beginning of the regular college semester. Employees must complete the “Request for Educational Leave” form and obtain their immediate supervisor’s approval. The request is then submitted to the Payroll Department for approval of the Hospital Administrator.
