Ms. Moses is a 9 year veteran of Chabert Medical Center where she has worked in the Sterile Department for the majority of that time. She is revered by all of the employees in the Sterile/Decontam area for her pleasant demeanor and always having a kind word and smile to share with everyone. Nita serves as a Central Service Supervisor and was noted by Sheila Rochel as a wonderful role model to the employees she oversees. Nita actually received nominations from seven of her co-workers and all described her as a hard worker who is dedicated to our staff and our facility. They all talked about how she strives for perfection in everything that she does and tries to instill these same characteristics in the employees she trains. Each person stressed her willingness to help others and to work shifts beyond her normal hours to ensure that services were covered. Certainly, all of our staff  will agree that Nita Moses is a major asset to our hospital and to our patients as well.
