How to Access a Secured Document
Some of the documents on this web site are accessible only to specific groups of people.  When you click the link for these documents, a login box will appear.  There are two types of login boxes; one with two prompts and one with three prompts. 
 

The User Name and Password for secured pages is your LSUHSC HCSD network account ID and password. This is the same ID and password you use when you log on to your computer at work.

When signing on to a secured document, you must also include the domain, which is LSUMC-MASTER.  The domain is typed into the field labeled “Domain” in a 3-prompt login screen. 

For a 2-prompt login screen, the domain is typed into the User Name field and is followed by a backward slash and your network ID: LSUMC-MASTER\YourNetworkID.

 

 

Avoid this process in the future by adding a trusted site in your internet browser for https://www.lsuhospitals.org/finance.

 

Create a Trusted Site: You can set up the HSCD Finance web site as a trusted web site so that the computer program will automatically apply your initial sign-on information when you access secured documents on the site.  Single Server Sign-on is a setting that you make in your browser's software that will prevent most ID/Password prompts.
