lOption 24 Register Outpatient

lPurpose

•To register a patient for services like a clinic visit or pharmacy account. Outpatients can be registered with or without being assigned to a bed. The case automatically has a visit created.

•Registration date can be a past or current date.

•If Patient is in their Medically Indigent eligibility period, the Quick Pathway is utilized.

•Within the same pathway Cases are initially established as OT and upgraded to OA. Visit automatically created.

lCase Status - OA (Outpatient Active)

lCases with Reg date in the future remain in OT Status
