Cynthia Jones has been a valued employee of LJCMC since March of 2001. She works as a Social Worker 3 in Case Management. Her peers state that she goes well beyond the scope of helping patients and employees whenever they ask and in plenty of instances when they dont ask for her assistance. She is considered by her peers to be a model employee.
