April Employee of the Month is Karon Matherne

Karon Matherne, a loyal LJC employee since April of 2000, is a Cashier/Accounts Specialist 2 in the Patient Billing Department. She is dependable and always willing to go the extra mile for the sake of the organization. She has adapted well to our ever-changing work environment. As a cashier, each patient is very important to her. Karon will work with each patient until they understand our billing system and they understand their account balances. She works diligently to satisfy patients. In general, Karon always has a smile on her face, a song in her heart, and good words for everyone she meets.
