Shane Robichaux has been a loyal member of the LJC team since November of 1993, serving in a variety of nursing roles. He has been Director of Quality Management since 2008 and has led the hospital through numerous successful regulatory agency surveys. Shane's style is to keep the organization ready for any review by maintaining standards throughout the year, involving staff in the process with a positive team approach. He manages multiple departments and treats all of his employees equally and with respect. He is described by his staff to be the perfect example of what a role model should be. Shane is always available for questions and sets the tone for a successful team approach.
