Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center's Employee of the Month is selected at the Birthday Luncheons by employees based on nominations received each month.  The honoree is announced at the Birthday Luncheon and receives the following:

Reserved Parking for a month
Employee of the Month Plaque
Employee of the Month Pin
