Service Awards
Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center's Service Awards Ceremony is held annually during the month of September in honor of the hospital opening in September of 1978.

The 2012 ceremony will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 2:30pm in the hospital cafeteria.  Invitations will be hand-delivered to award recipients.  Reception will follow the ceremony and refreshments will be served (Cakes were donated by Burt’s Snack Shop).
