• Earl K. Long Hospital in Baton Rouge with Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center
• Interim LSU Public Hospital in New Orleans with Louisiana Children’s Medical Center
• Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center in Houma with Ochsner Health System & Terrebonne General Medical Center
• University Medical Center in Lafayette with Lafayette General Medical Center
• W.O. Moss Regional Medical Center in Lake Charles with Lake Charles Memorial Health System
• Bogalusa Medical Center in Bogalusa with Our Lady of the Angels Hospital

The Communication Coordination of Information Sharing Committee (CCIS) has been formed, with membership from all of these partner sites. The functions of the CCIS are to:

• Implement policies and procedures for the use of electronic information systems
• Shared system training
• Consent and privacy practices for access, use and disclosure of PHI through shared systems
• Reports and auditing
• Sponsorship for external affiliates
• Communicating changes and updates to policies to partners and sponsored external affiliates
