LJCMC November Employee of the Month is Karen Templet

Karen Templet has been a valued employee of Chabert Medical Center for over 18 years. She is an integral member of the psychiatric care team, providing compassionate care to patients and assuming additional duties for the betterment of the unit through the years. Ms. Templet voluntarily contributes time to serve as an internal employee counselor, providing confidential counseling for work and home-related crises, and seeing employees through the process with referrals to support groups and other resources. This is above and beyond the requirements of her job description. She is a prime example of an employee that defines Chabert Medical Center as more than a place people come to work. She helps to make us a family.
