The Administrative Business Office (ABO) provides administrative and support functions for Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center and partner hospitals including:
- Disease Management
- Healthcare Effectiveness
- Data Warehousing
- Fiscal Management
- Contract Management
- Information Technology
- Human Resources
- Patient Billing
In addition, the ABO is charged with the responsibility of monitoring the Collaborative Endeavor Agreements to ensure critical elements are attained for the future of our partner hospitals.
*** 9/17/2015 Update regarding Merit Increases for FY 2015-16 ***
The LSU President did not authorize funding for merit increases for FY 2015-2016 at this time. Therefore, HCSD will not be giving performance adjustments effective October 1, 2015. Should fiscal conditions improve, we retain the option to grant merits at a future date.
