Patients may be referred by their LJCMC physician to the Education Department for instructions on how to self-administer injected medications like peginterferon (PegIntron and Pegasys) or adalimumab (Humira). After a patient is referred and medication is received, he/she should contact the Education Department at (985) 873-1819 to schedule self-injection education.

Self-injection education is scheduled as a one-on-one session.
Patients are asked to bring their medication to class.
