Healthcare Analytic and Reporting Platform (HARP)

HARP enables the comprehensive review of performance and quality metrics for providers and provider organizations, with units of reporting at organization, facility, clinic and provider levels. This platform is constructed under the concept of defined measure sets, such as Diabetes Mellitus, Population Wellness, and Medical Home. Within each defined measure set, there exist measures that align with clinical care guidelines as well as measures that look to expand the knowledge within a disease domain.

The data and analytics driving HARP are updated at least monthly, allowing for the review of measures more frequently as improvement efforts are applied. In addition to consensus metrics, HCSD is developing tools to better support providers with national measurement initiatives such as Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) and Quality Payment Program-associated metrics.
