Identifying Needs and Implementing Strategies
Lallie Kemp Medical Center cares deeply about the health of our community. As part of this commitment, our team has engaged public health experts and community stakeholders to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). The purpose of this CHNA was to identify factors that impact the community's health, identify health disparities in the community, and develop implementation strategies to better meet the needs identified.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires that nonprofit hospitals conduct CHNAs every three years. We are required to make these documents available to the public.
